I have readily available medical supplies attached to the outside of my hydration/day pack. Red stripe alerts everyone who can see it to it's medical possibilities. If you are looking for a replacement for the issue IFAK or a "minimalist" first aid kit this is what you are looking for. It hold everything from the IFAK and is marked and easy to identify it as first aid. Personally I prefer something larger but my buddies loved it and it is a great product. I recommend. Spec-Ops Brand tactical equipment, in this case, the "medium medical pouch," is a great buy. This piece of equipment needs no after market altering to identify it as a medical pouch, no added velcro, nothing. Amazing enginuity.
