Great Wallet Review by TJ

This wallet is the best I have had. Even my non military friends see it and want one. The outside view pocket finally cracked and won't hold the ID anymore, so it called the company and they said return it and they would fix it. If they couldn't they would send me a new one. Can't wait to get it back. Just shipped it back today. Great products. (Posted on 6/12/13)
Best wallet I have ever owned Review by Tripseven

I bought my THE Wallet Jr in 2004. I have carried every day since. It has been in my back pocket in the Texas heat, Alaskan cold and tropical rains in South America. Nearly ten years of abuse and I am just now looking to replace it. Not because its worn out. I just want a new color. (Posted on 6/10/13)
Motivator Wallet Review by Darrel

I picked this wallet up at a tactical store because I had an itch to scratch, and wanted something motivating to replace my "nice" leather wallet while I'm in cammies. I searched high and low for something other than a Spec Ops product.

Now, don't take that the wrong way! I wanted to give the competition a fair shot! I'm a faithful Spec Ops customer. Almost all of my Kit is spec ops, including my THE pack, which I would say is my most valuable possession. Anyway, as no options presented themselves to be worthwhile, I went with my gut and experience and bought the Jr (the standard size is massive). I couldn't be happier! No leather to worry about, and cordura is slightly treated to resist water, so that's a plus. The zippers are what sold me though! Little itty-bitty YKK zippers! That's quality. The plastic windows are double stitched and I get the feeling that they'll last a long time. The opening mechanism is fascinating. I don't see anything possibly happening to it. A perfectly reasonable alternative to velcro, which I despise. Ah, one more thing. Spec Ops uses the most accurate Coyote Cordura on the market. It meets or exceeds all government standards. My Spec Ops products seem to be more.... Vibrant than my issued gear, in a good way.

It's frankly too big though, and I leave it in my pack most of the time. I made a Duct Tape wallet for every day things, which I can stuff into this wallet if I want to. I was secretly hoping Spec Ops made something like a high speed money clip to accompany the THE wallet, but no big deal.

Thank you Spec Ops. My next purchases are going to be the universal sheath and the coyote Gaiter, and possibly the Pack Rat, if I feel motivated enough next paycheck! (Posted on 6/8/13)

I have had my T.H.E J.R for about 5 years now, and it has held up amazingly
the outer plastic window is scratched and yellowed, but you can still see the ID through it nicely.
the velcro on my pants pockets has frayed the binding on the edges a bit
i think its still got a few more years in it yet, although i may try the Mini next time, as this one is pretty big when full (Posted on 6/4/13)

I have owned my wallet for so many years I would have to find a Invoice to tell me how many years !
Excellent construction and extremely durable !
When it wears out in a few years I will definitely purchase another one. Trust Me, Unless your trying to make a fashion show, those wallets wear out. Stick with SPEC-OPS Brand,

I use this wallet when not deployed and it rocks! Unlike my expensive leather wallets, I can stuff this wallet without making it uncomfortable to carry and T.H.E. Wallet JR holds almost (minus the passport) as much as the larger T.H.E. Wallet. (Posted on 5/24/13)

I love this wallet. I bought mine in 2005 from the PX at Devens RFTA. I have had it ever since!

My favorite top features:
* Dual ID window for license and CAC (or alternate ID)
* Shark-Bite enclosure keeps things in there closed
* Lots of room for charge and store cards
* Zippered pocket for keeping small items in
* DURABLE - I've left it in my BDU's (remember those), ACU's, and jeans and washed them a few times by accident. It's been tough enough to take abuse in the field, too.

What I don't like?
* That they actually expect you to keep change in the zipper pouch.

Things Spec-Ops Brand has no control over:
* If you have a lot of stuff, it will get big. That's basic density (mass/volume). If I'm going for a long drive, I'll take it out of my back pocket and put it on the passenger seat.

When I get another wallet (I don't see that happening any time soon, despite this one being 8 years old), it will, again, be this one. (Posted on 5/4/13)

I have this wallet in Coyote color for about 5 years now. Solid brown color will not attract unwanted attention like Multicam etc. When it gets dirty You just need to put it into washing machine. I've done this 4 or 5 times and have absolutely no problem! Great closure system and very durable construction. (Posted on 5/1/13)
