Regular shipping charges apply to shipments up to 12 pounds. Additional charges may apply to shipments over 12 pounds.
Regular shipping charges cover shipping costs and insurance for U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail 2nd Day shipments. (two business days and we are not responsible for delays by USPS)
We must have a complete street address (no P.O. Boxes) and phone number for UPS shipments.
UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select are available for an additional charge for phone orders only.
All APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses are shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and are insured (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes). Tracking of packages shipped USPS is NOT available.
Shipping options for international orders include UPS International Services (available services depend on shipping location) or International Postal Services originated at the USPS (risk of loss increases and we are not responsible for undelivered mail). International shipments are subject to additional charges. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, shipping and insurance charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
NOTICE: All blow-out sales are final. No Refunds. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Some items may become out-of-stock before all outstanding orders are fulfilled. In this case an incomplete order will be shipped and the remaining back-order canceled as these items are out of production. We apologize if you get caught in the cross-fire.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If your Spec.-Ops.® Brand selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges, within 30 days from the invoice date. The item(s) you want to return must be returned in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging. After the item(s) have been received and inspected by Spec.-Ops.® Brand, the refund will be available (within 14 days) to the purchaser.
Call Customer Service at 1-866-773-2677 M-F between 8am and 5pm Central and provide your order number. Within 1 business day you will receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number by phone or email. Please write the RMA number in the space provided for you near the return address at the bottom of the packing slip that would have accompanied your Spec.-Ops.® Brand item.
Affix the return address label to the original shipping box and ship.
The item(s) being returned for exchange will simply be refunded after the item(s) have been received and inspected by Spec.-Ops.® Brand. You may place a new order for the desired exchange item(s) via our website at anytime.
All discrepancies with an invoice must be made by phone to the Spec.-Ops.® Brand Customer Service Team at 1-866-773-2677 M-F between 8am and 5pm Central within 30 business days of the invoice date.

If it's your fault (you survived and your gear didn't), we'll fix it ASAP and depending on how good your story is, we'll most likely do it for free. Enough said. Best Made Designs, LLC ("BMD") warrants the products which it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for life. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the product and is not transferable. During the warranty period, BMD will repair or replace, at its option, only the defective part of the product at no additional charge. Warranties for products marketed by BMD but not manufactured by BMD are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Some products manufactured by BMD contain components not manufactured by BMD and in this case, the manufacturer's warranty applies to these components.
Warranty Return Process
- Call for an RMA number before returning any gear.
- Return only the defective portion of the product, shipping prepaid, to BMD
- Be sure to include the following information:
- Product name or description of part.
- Description of problem.
- Dealer you purchased the item from.
- Your name, address and daytime phone.
The Purchaser is responsible for insuring any product so returned and assumes the risk of loss during shipping. All replaced parts and products become the property of Best Made Designs, LLC. Dated proof-of-purchase must accompany the product being returned when requesting warranty work.

This limited warranty does not extend to any products which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than BMD. Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and bmd expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. All implied warranties, including implied warranties for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. In the event the product is not free from defects as warranted above the purchaser's sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided above. Under no circumstances will bmd be liable to purchaser or any user for any damages, including any incidental or consequential damages, expenses, lost profits, lost savings, or other damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and does not affect your statutory rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
