Description:
PROBLEM: Current issue first-aid pouches are too small for all the necessary items in an individual’s first aid kit. They also are not clearly marked as medical specific, which can waste critical time when someone is injured. Stop-gap measures like tape just don’t hold up under rough conditions.

SOLUTION: The MEDICAL POUCH from SPEC.-OPS.® Brand is large enough to carry all of the components of the new IFAK (Improved First-Aid Kit), and it has a permanently attached red webbing top strap for immediate identification.
  • Permanently attached RED top strap designates this pouch as medical specific. Easy and instant identification reduces response time.
  • Large opening on tactical medical gear allows medic or first responder fast access to first aid components.
  • Modular, fits on all SPEC.-OPS.® Brand packs and vests and Interceptor Body armor.
  • Double-wall 1000D. Cordura® pouch, double stitching and bar-tacks make this the toughest, most durable pouch on the market today.
  • Available in two sizes, Medium and Large; in Black, Coyote Brown and ACU.

Great little medical pouch, holds all the basics. Would be nice if it had internal dividers but solid construction and good design throughout. (Posted on 12/17/2013)

I inherited one of these from a squad mate and found it to be a perfect size for a blow-out kit. Kinda wish it came with a pull out organizer though, that would be truly awesome... (Posted on 9/30/2013)

I bought this pouch for my Gun Belt, it is a little big for that purpose, but not unduely so and I truely belive that if one carries a firearm... one SHOULD carry the fix'ns for fixxing bullet holes in flesh and . So far I am very pleased with this nicely done piece of gear. In it I am able to stow a Medical Shears, a CAT [Combat App Tourniquet], 2 Field Dressings, 6 4x4 gause pads, some assorted band-aids, 2 parial rolls of tape, a folded 12inch alum/fom splint, a finger splint, a small bottle of Hydgenproxide, and a tube of 3in1 antibactirial goop. that pretty much fils the pouch. Thank You All Again, for your fine product and Great Customer Service!! (Posted on 8/24/2013)

ANd even over 200 miles of hiking and climbing, it has lived up to its legend. Spec Ops Brand once again has built the perfect pouch for the job. Thanks again. These were on sale, so I gave one to myself and one to an Air Force PJ buddy of mine, MSGT John Anderson!! (Posted on 12/19/2012)

I have readily available medical supplies attached to the outside of my hydration/day pack. Red stripe alerts everyone who can see it to it's medical possibilities. Being on the outside of the pack, anyone can easily pull the first-aid contents out to respond quickly, and efficiently. (Posted on 7/26/2012)
