How do I exchange a product?

If your Spec-Ops® Brand selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges, within 30 days from the invoice date. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal value, depending on availability. The item(s) you want to return or exchange must be returned in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging.

Call Customer Service at 1-866-SPEC-OPS M-F between 8am and 5pm MST and provide your order number. Within 24 hours you will receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number by phone or email. Please write the RMA number in the space provided for you near the return address at the bottom of the packing slip that would have accompanied your Spec-Ops® Brand item.

Affix the return address to the original shipping box and ship.

After the item(s) have been received and inspected by Spec-Ops® Brand, the refund will be available (within 14 days) to the purchaser or (if an exchange is desired) a new item will be sent out.
